Что такое минимальный платеж?
Минимальный платеж по кредитной карте это ежемесячный платеж, который заемщик обязан выплачивать банку для погашения кредита. Рассчитать минимальный платеж очень просто, все проценты и условия оговариваются при получении карты.
Всего существует 3 основных вида формирования минимального платежа.
- Формируемый от общей суммы долга;
- Формируемый начальной суммой кредита;
- Фиксированный платеж.
Как правило, процентная ставка по минимальному платежу составляет от 5% до 10% от общей задолженности. Для расчета вашего платежа можно использовать специальный онлайн-калькулятор.

Калькулятор рассчитывает примерную сумму минимального платежа. Некоторые банки рассчитывают платеж по индивидуальной формуле, включающей дополнительные проценты и условия.
Последствие просрочки
Игнорирование правил кредитования, оговоренных в договоре при оформлении карты заставляет клиента нести ответственность перед банком. За просрочку платежа кредитной карты на клиента будут наложены санкции, соответствующие условиям тарифа. Это может быть разовый штраф, пени, блокировка кредитки или суд.
Приведем пример популярных банков:
- Тинькофф Банк. При первой просрочке взимает штраф в размере 590руб., а с каждым последующим месяцем к этому штрафу будет прилагаться дополнительный 1% от суммы задолженности. То есть второй штраф 590руб.+1%, третий 590уб.+2% и так далее. Помимо этого пени в Тинькофф Банке составляют 0.2% от суммы долга в день, что в последствии может вылиться в 73% в год;
- Альфа Банк взимает за просрочку пеню до 2% в день.
- Росбанк так же взимает пеню от 0.5% в день от суммы просроченного платежа.
Как избежать блокировки и суда?
Необходимо трезво оценивать свои финансовые возможности как при получении кредитки так и в последующем использовании банковских средств, и максимально серьезно относиться к погашению всех штрафных санкций. Как правило, банки отправляют иски в суд, если у клиента просрочка минимального платежа на протяжении 3-6 месяцев. Если у вас в данный момент нет денег для того чтобы погасить задолженность запросите отсрочку по выплатам, это даст 1-2 месяца чтобы найти необходимые финансы.
