Начался путь УралСиб в 1988 году. В то время объединились несколько отраслевых банков территории Башкортостана:
- Башпромбанк;
- Башжилсоцбанк;
- Башагробанк.
1993 год примечателен созданием Инвестиционно-кредитного Башкредитбанка.. В 1997 году компания по всем показателям доминировала в регионе с крупнейшим финансовым институтом страны – Сбербанком. Далее – проходит процесс объединения нескольких компаний, в результате чего появляется УралСиб банк. В течение последних лет он уверенно в ходит в десятку лучших компаний страны. В ноябре 2015 года банку предоставляется масштабный кредит в сумме 14 миллиардов рублей сроком на десять лет. Ответственность за погашение задолженность берет на себя теперешний владелец Владимир Коган. В плане эффективности финансового оздоровления, восстановления своих позиций в банковском секторе, структуру признано лучшей.
Деятельность
Представительства компании функционируют в десятках областей страны. УралСиб банк имеет отдаленный офис в Уфе. Всего по состоянию на 1 января 2019 года работает шесть филиалов, 1485 банкоматов, 280 точек реализации и 550 платежных терминалов. Центральными векторами деятельности структуры считаются инвестиционно-банковский бизнес, корпоративный и розничный.
Финансовая компания является обладателем статуса принципиального участника проектов Visa International и MasterCard Worldwide. Обсуживает банк свыше 1,85 миллиона кредитных и дебетовых карт, дополнительно являясь спонсором около 120 отечественных банков, в системах Мастер Кард и Виза.
