Госуслуги для проверки кредитной истории
Сервис Госуслуги не сможет предоставить вам кредитную историю. По закону, кредитная история хранится и обрабатывается специальными организациями — Бюро Кредитных Историй (БКИ). Соответственно, получить ее можно только в этих организациях, численность которых порядка 15 шт. Хранится ваша история может сразу в нескольких бюро. Для получения полной информации о вашей кредитной репутации придется делать запрос сразу в несколько БКИ.
Как заказать персональный список БКИ?
Сервис может помочь вам в получении персонального списка БКИ. Ваша история может находиться в одном, трех или всех 15 бюро сразу.
Для оформления заявки на персональный список потребуется:
- Зайти на сайт Госуслуги ;
- Открыть раздел «Услуги»;
- Перейти в категорию «Налоги и финансы»;
- Выбрать «Сведения о Бюро Кредитных Историй»;
- Далее следовать инструкции сервиса.
Официально, получить КИ можно только лично при удостоверении личности. На портале Госуслуги подтвердить личность можно в режиме онлайн.
Для получения списка БКИ вам так же потребуется авторизация. Далее загрузится форма заявления, где нужно проверить правильность введенных данных (паспорта и СНИЛС).
После отправки заявления потребуется немного подождать результата обработки информации, на это может уйти до 10 минут. Отчет поступит в течение 1 часа, как правило, приходит раньше.
Какую информация содержит КИ?
После того, как вы отправили запрос и информация была проверена, в течение 1 часа вам придет отчет, где будут указаны такие информационные данные для ознакомления, как:
- Где и в каком коммерческом банке вы брали денежный кредит.
- Имеются ли просрочки по оплате кредита.
Подобные досье, дают возможность кредитным организациям, осуществлять оценку ответственности по денежным взносам, которые должны выполнять в указанные временные сроки кредиторы. Даже в таких случаях, когда человек не брал займов, кредитная история на него оформлена. Из каких данных состоит отчет по БКИ:
- Название кредитного учреждения.
- Информация, которая касается заемщика, то есть ФИО и адрес проживания, паспортные данные и ИНН.
- Информация, касающаяся всех выданных гражданину денежных кредитов.
- Сведения, касающиеся просрочек по осуществлению денежных взносов в счет погашения займов.
- Решения принятые банком по кредитам.
Кредитная история бесплатно
Каждый человек (физическое лицо) может два раза за год заказать отчет по своей кредитной истории бесплатно, следующий раз будет платным и стоимость составит около 400 российских рублей. Законное право граждан осуществить запрос собственной КИ устанавливается Законом под номером 218-ФЗ «О кредитных историях».
