Не надо сразу впадать в панику, звонить сотрудникам банка, устраивать скандал. Нужно проанализировать причины отказа при оплате картой:
- Недостаточно денег на счету. Немногие владельцы карт регулярно контролируют баланс. Особенно, если человек отправился в торговый центр, осуществляя за несколько часов около 5-7 покупок. Совет: можно подключить систему уведомления о проводимых транзакциях, балансе счета. Мгновенно после совершения операции на указанный номер телефона приходит СМС-сообщения с информацией. Клиент банка сможет всегда быть в курсе, какой остаток есть на счету. Соответственно, получает отказ при оплате.
- Неисправность терминала. Любая техника иногда ломается. Могут быть минимальные дефекты, не позволяющие осуществлять операции; отсутствует связь с банком; устройство «не видит» карты. Сотрудник магазина самостоятельно ничего не сделает, надо вызывать мастера или обращаться в службу поддержки банка.
- Неправильно введенный ПИН. Клиент может банально забыть код, ввести по невнимательности не ту комбинацию, задуматься. Нужно еще раз попробовать ввести ПИН. Осуществляя покупки в интернет-магазине можно получить отказ из-за неверно введенного CVV-пароля.
Дебетовая карта зачастую преподносит неприятности по вышеперечисленным причинам. Но, бывают и другие случаи.
Лимиты
Не каждый знает о предусмотренных ограничениях, касающихся максимальных сумм в день или месяц, максимальное количество транзакций. Устанавливаются лимиты с целью защитить карту клиента, баланс на ней в случай потери или кражи. Отказ при покупке по такой причине бывает редко, так как ограничения измеряются пяти — шестизначными суммами. Позвонив в банк лимит можно в течение нескольких минут увеличить. Некоторые финансовые структуры предоставляют возможность клиенту самостоятельно изменить лимит, воспользовавшись услугой через онлай-банкинг.
